Regulamin uczestnictwa w rajdzie Team Spiryt Rally

§ 1. Informacje wstępne
Organizatorem imprezy jest Farma Adrenaliny oraz Grafik Input, partnerem logistycznym Gawra w Niedźwiedziu
Impreza ma charakter towarzysko-rodzinnego spotkania.
Celem spotkania jest integracja miłośników marki Land Rover oraz historycznego cyklu imprez Camel Trophy, prezentacja pojazdów oraz turystyczne przejazdy trasami off-road z elementami terenowej rywalizacji.
Tym samym do udziału w imprezie dopuszcza się tylko pojazdy marki Land Rover, niezależnie od modelu i rocznika.
Wszystkie trasy będą możliwe do przejechania samochodem z napędem 4x4 w pozostałych przypadkach będzie stosowna informacja co do dostępności alternatywnej trasy.
Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie możliwość wprowadzenia limitu załóg oraz wykluczenia wybranych uczestników lub całych załóg.
Zgłoszenia na imprezę odbywają się poprzez formularz zgłoszeniowy i obejmują jedynie załogi zgłaszające się w okresie aktywności formularza.
Wpisowe na imprezę wynoszą zgodnie z przedstawionymi na stronie pakietami.
Płatności dokonywane są na konto bankowe podane po akceptacji zgłoszenia.
W ramach wpisowego Uczestnik otrzymuje okolicznościową naklejkę, niezbędne materiały nawigacyjne oraz okolicznościowe gadżety.
Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie oraz wszelkie dodatki wykraczające poza wybrany pakiet jest pokrywane dodatkowo, we własnym zakresie.
W przypadku rezygnacji z imprezy i zgłoszenia tego faktu do dnia 15.08 wpisowe jest zwracane w pełnej kwocie.
§ 2. Organizacja imprezy
Udział w imprezie - rajdzie, polegać będzie na przejeździe udostępnionych tras w formie nawigacji na podstawie roadbook’a.
Na trasach będą zaznaczone punkty prezentujące ciekawostki regionu oraz zadania do znalezienia / wykonania.
Trasy będą wytyczone po drogach publicznych oraz drogach wewnętrznych Lasów Państwowych po odcinkach na które zostaną wystawione jednorazowo stosowne zezwolenia.
Na bazie spotkania odbywać się będą dodatkowe atrakcje.
§ 3. Harmonogram imprezy
§ 4. Obowiązki uczestników
Aby wziąć udział w imprezie każda załoga zobowiązana jest zapoznać się z niniejszym regulaminem imprezy oraz wypełnić zgłoszenie poprzez formularz,
Po przyjeździe na bazę zlotu należy zgłosić się do organizatorów w celu otrzymania materiałów identyfikacyjnych oraz materiałów startowych, umieścić na swoim pojeździe okolicznościowe naklejki.
Każda załoga zobowiązuje się do przestrzegania regulaminu oraz stosowania się do przepisów ruchu drogowego i p-poż., ochrony środowiska oraz innych przepisów porządkowych.
Pojazd uczestniczący w imprezie powinien stanem technicznym i wyposażeniem odpowiadać wymaganiom kodeksu drogowego, posiadać ważne badanie techniczne, ubezpieczenie OC, gaśnicę, apteczkę, a każdy kierowca musi posiadać ważne prawo jazdy odpowiednie do kategorii.
W czasie trwania przejazdów obowiązuje całkowity zakaz spożywania alkoholu oraz zażywania środków odurzających, psychotropowych lub innych o podobnym działaniu.
Na terenie bazy spotkania obowiązuje cisza nocna oraz zakaz poruszania się pojazdów w godzinach: 23:00 do 07:00.
Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo wykluczenia z imprezy każdego uczestnika lub całej załogi, co do którego istnieje podejrzenie spożycia alkoholu podczas prowadzenia pojazdów, zażycia środków odurzających, psychotropowych lub innych o podobnym działaniu - do powiadomienia Policji włącznie. Organizatorzy mogą także "ukarać" ostrzeżeniem lub wykluczeniem z imprezy Uczestników którzy wedle ich uznania zachowują się niebezpiecznie, wulgarnie lub nie przestrzegają regulaminowych postanowień i ograniczeń imprezy.
Odpowiedzialność za osoby przewożone pojazdami ponosi kierowca.
Przed wjazdem na poszczególne odcinki tras załoga jest zobowiązana do oceny możliwości ich pokonania, także od strony bezpieczeństwa przejazdu. Ich pokonywanie odbywa się na zasadzie całkowitej dobrowolności i zależy tylko i wyłącznie od decyzji załogi.
Uczestnicy zobowiązani są do pokonywania trasy wyłącznie wg wskazówek zawartych w materiałach przekazanych przez organizatora.
Uczestnicy rajdu zobowiązani są do poszanowania przyrody, unikania i zapobiegania sytuacjom mogącym sprowadzić niebezpieczeństwo na uczestników, organizatorów lub osoby trzecie.
Uczestnicy rajdu zobowiązani są do zachowania się zgodnie z zasadami poszanowania cudzej własności w szczególności nie niszczenia drzew, zasiewów pól uprawnych i upraw leśnych pod groźbą wykluczenia z imprezy oraz wyciągnięcia sankcji prawnych.
Na trasie przejazdu obowiązuje zakaz rozpalania ognisk oraz pozostawiania śmieci.
Uczestnicy są zobowiązani do wykonywania poleceń organizatorów, policji, żandarmerii wojskowej, straży pożarnej, straży leśnej i straży granicznej.

Podczas trwania imprezy obowiązuje bezwzględny zakaz handlu oraz oferowania usług w zakresie branży związanej bezpośrednio z profilem spotkania oraz pojazdów w nim uczestniczących. Forma reklamy lub prezentowania własnych produktów jest dopuszczona tylko po uzgodnieniu tego faktu z organizatorami.
RODO – Uczestnik imprezy akceptując regulamin wyraża zgodę na publikację swojego wizerunku oraz imienia i nazwiska w relacjach z imprezy zamieszczonych w mediach oraz materiałach promocyjnych organizatorów. Ponadto wyraża zgodę na przetwarzanie swoich danych osobowych jak również na ich gromadzenie w bazach danych Organizatorów zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych). Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, niemniej niezbędne do prawidłowej realizacji uczestnictwa w imprezie.
Uczestnikowi przysługuje prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych i ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania. Administrator danych może jednak zachować ograniczoną część danych w celu wykazania zgodności z przepisami.

Nie dopuszcza się podczepiania załóg na trasie i udziału w imprezie bez zgłoszenia.
§ 5. Odpowiedzialność uczestników
Udział w imprezie jest dobrowolny. Uczestnicy startują na własną odpowiedzialność i na własne ryzyko, tym samym ponoszą wyłączną odpowiedzialność cywilną, karną i finansową za wszelkie szkody w mieniu lub zdrowiu i życiu innych uczestników rajdu lub osób postronnych, jakie spowoduje sam lub używany przez niego pojazd.
Uczestnicy nie będą też wnosili żadnych roszczeń w stosunku do Organizatorów oraz obsługi imprezy w wypadku jakichkolwiek strat, uszkodzeń czy uszczerbku na zdrowiu lub życiu, wynikający z ruchu pieszego, poruszania się pojazdów, używania sprzętu, itp.
§ 6. Postanowienia końcowe
Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo dokonywania wszelkich koniecznych zmian w imprezie, wynikających z działania siły wyższej, wystąpienia powodów związanych z zapewnieniem bezpieczeństwa lub nakazanych przez władze, a także do całkowitego odwołania imprezy (jeżeli będzie to konieczne), bez przyjmowania żadnej odpowiedzialności za straty.
Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo do wprowadzenia zmian i uzupełnień w niniejszym regulaminie do momentu rozpoczęcia imprezy. Ostateczna interpretacja regulaminu należy do Organizatorów. W sprawach spornych decyzja Organizatorów jest decyzją ostateczną. Nieznajomość regulaminu nie zwalnia Uczestnika od jego przestrzegania.

Rules of participation in the Team Spiryt Rally

§ 1. Introductory information
The event is organized by Farma Adrenaliny and Grafik Input, the logistics partner of Gawra in Niedźwiedź
The event is a social and family meeting.
The purpose of the meeting is to integrate lovers of the Land Rover brand and the historic series of Camel Trophy events, present vehicles and tourist rides on off-road routes with elements of off-road competition.
Therefore, only Land Rover vehicles are allowed to participate in the event, regardless of the model and year.
All routes will be passable by a 4x4 car, in other cases there will be appropriate information regarding the availability of an alternative route.
The organizers reserve the right to introduce a crew limit and exclude selected participants or entire crews.
Registrations for the event take place via the registration form and include only crews reporting during the period when the form is active.
The entry fee for the event is in accordance with the packages presented on the website.
Payments are made to the bank account provided after the application is accepted.
As part of the entry fee, the Participant receives a special sticker, necessary navigation materials and special gadgets.
Accommodation, meals and any extras exceeding the selected package are covered additionally, at their own expense.
In the event of withdrawal from the event and notification of this fact by 15.08, the entry fee is refunded in full.
§ 2. Organization of the event
Participation in the event - rally, will consist of driving along the provided routes in the form of navigation based on the roadbook.
The routes will be marked with points presenting interesting facts of the region and tasks to find / perform.
The routes will be marked on public roads and internal roads of the State Forests along sections for which appropriate one-time permits will be issued.
Additional attractions will be held on the basis of the meeting.
§ 3. Event schedule

To participate in the event, each crew is required to familiarize themselves with these event regulations and fill out the application form,
Upon arrival at the rally base, report to the organizers to receive identification materials and starting materials, place occasional stickers on their vehicle.
Each crew undertakes to comply with the regulations and to adhere to road traffic and fire safety regulations, environmental protection and other order regulations.
The vehicle participating in the event should meet the requirements of the Road Code in terms of technical condition and equipment, have a valid technical inspection, third party liability insurance, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and each driver must have a valid driving license appropriate to the category.
During the rides, there is a total ban on drinking alcohol and taking narcotics, psychotropic substances or other substances with a similar effect.
There is a night silence and a ban on the movement of vehicles between the hours of 23:00 and 07:00 on the meeting base.
The organizers reserve the right to exclude from the event any participant or the entire crew who is suspected of drinking alcohol while driving, taking narcotics, psychotropic substances or other substances with a similar effect - up to and including notifying the Police. The organizers may also "punish" with a warning or exclusion from the event Participants who, at their discretion, behave dangerously, vulgarly or do not comply with the regulations and restrictions of the event.
The driver is responsible for the persons transported in the vehicles.
Before entering individual sections of the route, the crew is obliged to assess the possibility of overcoming them, also from the perspective of safety of the journey. Overcoming them is completely voluntary and depends solely and exclusively on the decision of the crew.
Participants are obliged to cover the route only according to the instructions contained in the materials provided by the organizer.
Rally participants are obliged to respect nature, avoid and prevent situations that may pose a threat to participants, organizers or third parties.
Rally participants are obliged to behave in accordance with the principles of respecting other people's property, in particular not destroying trees, crops, and forest plantations under threat of exclusion from the event and legal sanctions.
It is forbidden to light fires or leave rubbish on the route.
Participants are obliged to follow the instructions of the organizers, police, military police, fire brigade, forest guard and border guard.
It is forbidden to use kinetic ropes and belts unless the organizer decides otherwise.
During the event, there is an absolute ban on trading and offering services in the field of the industry directly related to with the profile of the meeting and the vehicles participating in it. The form of advertising or presenting your own products is only allowed after agreeing on this fact with the organizers.
GDPR - By accepting the regulations, the event participant consents to the publication of their image and name and surname in reports from the event published in the media and promotional materials of the organizers. In addition, they consent to the processing of their personal data as well as their collection in the Organizers' databases in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the proper implementation of participation in the event.
The participant has the right to access the content of their data and to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing. It is not permitted to attach crews on the route and participate in the event without registration.
§ 5. Participants' liability
Participation in the event is voluntary. Participants start at their own risk and responsibility, and therefore bear exclusive civil, criminal and financial liability for any damage to property or health and life of other rally participants or third parties caused by themselves or the vehicle they use.
Participants will also not make any claims against the Organizers or event staff in the event of any losses, damages or harm to health or life resulting from pedestrian traffic, vehicle movement, use of equipment, etc.
§ 6. Final provisions
The Organizers reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the event resulting from force majeure, reasons related to ensuring safety or ordered by the authorities, as well as to completely cancel the event (if necessary), without accepting any liability for losses.
The Organizers reserve the right to make changes and additions to these regulations until the start of the event. The final interpretation of the regulations belongs to the Organizers. In disputes, the decision of the Organizers is final. Ignorance of the regulations does not exempt the Participant from complying with them.
